Minor residential projects are defined in planning terms as being 2-9 dwellings. We handle a large number of minor residential applications for land owners and developers. The majority of these projects are found within urban areas where there is a need to make the best use of urban land. In the countryside or Green Belt these proposals usually involve the redevelopment of previously developed (“brownfield”) land.
Most minor applications have additional “validation” requirements which may include Tree Reports, Flood Risk, Landscaping, Noise, and Heritage.
