This project followed the demolition of the existing dwelling for the erection of a three-storey building comprising of 7 flats. WS Planning & Architecture acted as the Planning Agent for this project. This project has a complex history with a number of previous pre-applications, which have informed the design of this proposal. Due to the scale of the development, it was necessary for the proposal to be determined at Committee. Emily Hall, Senior Planner at WS spoke at committee in support of the application, and despite a number of objections to the development the proposal was granted approval with conditions an excellent result for WS Planning & Architecture.
It is essential that you register to speak at Planning Committee in the event that a third party speaks against the proposal. There is often opportunity to address comments made to committee members and in some cases committee members are also allowed to raise questions or ask for clarification from speakers on the night.
