On the 18th May we hosted a Planning & Development at The Old Reigatians Rugby Club in Reigate. The event was attended by local decision makers involved in the property market. This was an excellent opportunity to network and share ideas through a series of presentations and panel discussions.

Our annual conference started with Cornerstone Barristers based in Gray’s Inn Square WC1 who conducted a series of presentations on Planning policies and updates. In the afternoon we were treated to a guided tour of the Sir John Soane’s Museum in Lincolns Inn Fields.

In November 2022, we acquire Brouard Architects – a leading practice to expand our reach into the South East corner of London and Kent.

We came runner up in the Best Professional Property Services Company Category at the 2018 Surrey Property Awards. We came second out of the 94 entrants in our Category which is a remarkable achievement.

What a fantastic way to finish 2017 by winning the “Best New Luxury Property” award in our 25th Anniversary year. Our entry was for the Planning & Architecture for four detached houses at Alexandra Gate in Reigate for Riverdale Developments.

Our team recognise that our company initials form part of the compass points which evolved into our new North Point logo, used on our location plans.
April 4
2017 marked our 25th anniversary year. We held our Team Conference at the Design Museum in London. Our guest speaker was Sally Brown from Gatwick Diamond Business.
