Brouard Architects was founded by Philip Brouard in 1999, and rapidly built up an excellent reputation in the residential, education, healthcare, hotel, sports and leisure, and commercial sectors. PROJECTS

Over the last 20+ years we have designed and overseen through to completion dozens of new build and refurbishment projects. Many of these fall within Conservation Areas, and the Practice has developed significant expertise in heritage design work.

We have an excellent track record for negotiating with Local Authorities and obtaining planning consents and seeing projects through to completion. We take a holistic approach to residential projects ensuring that we meet and even surpass Government sustainability requirements. We are up to date with the latest regulations, materials and software and have become synonymous with quality of customer service and value for money whether contemporary or more traditional through the range of experience in our highly skilled and creative design team.

OUR KENT TEAM

Our team consists of qualified architects and architectural assistants, supported by Planning colleagues based in our Surrey and London offices. The full-time team is also supported by a number of former, long-time colleagues acting as consultants.
