Our London office is in the TBXH@ Sunley House workspace with a café, beauty & therapy rooms, social activities, hairdressers, a pod casting studio, offices, and a whole floor dedicated to meetings and events. It is perfectly located with easy access to public transport hubs and car parking.

BOXPARK is just a stone’s throw. It has the look and feel of a 21st century Covent Garden Piazza. Almost every cuisine imaginable is available under one roof. The venue also has a 2000-capacity space that hosts events throughout of the year with regular comedy nights, an indoor market and much, much, more.

PROJECTS
WS have undertaken projects throughout London during our 30 year history, from our Surrey office in Reigate until we opened our London office in Croydon in 2019.
We cover a broad spectrum of planning and architectural projects within the Practice ranging from householder extensions to residential redevelopment, refurbishments and conversions, changes of use, commercial development, educational, leisure uses as well as masterplanning.
This selection of projects provides an insight into the diverse range of projects that have both challenged and excited us in equal measure. We are not bound by any one architectural style and seek pragmatic solutions that not only provide high quality designs but also bear in mind the individual circumstances of each and every client.
We are very proud of the high level of work consistently produced within our team and welcome the opportunity to visit completed projects to learn from the finished article and ensure a high quality for future designs.
OUR LONDON TEAM
The Planning Team is led by Spencer Copping, Planning Director, who joined the Practice as a Graduate Planner in 1999.
The Architectural Team is led by our Architectural Director and Croydon resident, Lee Barker, who has over 22 years’ experience in the private sector within London, advising clients across a broad spectrum of architectural projects.
