Project Outline
The Planning and Architectural teams worked together to achieve an outline planning permission for a site in Tadworth for the demolition of the existing building, and erection of four detached dwellings.
WS then worked on behalf of Bruckland Developments to achieve the Reserved Matters permission, with the Planning Team working on a further Section 73 application on the site. Both Planning and Architectural Teams were instrumental in the delivery of four high quality four-bedroom houses, with accommodation across two and a half storeys.

COMMENTS
Tadworth is a popular area within the Reigate and Banstead Borough for new development as many of the older properties have expansive and under-utilised gardens, ready for their potential to be unlocked.
