Project Outline

The Planning and Architecture teams worked alongside a contractor client to deliver five gorgeous new homes on the High Street in Godstone. This project was located in the heart of Godstone Village, within the Metropolitan Green Belt. Development within the Green Belt is inappropriate in nature in most cases, with a few exceptions. The Planning team worked hard to prove that the Housing Need of the area warranted this residential development within the Green Belt, whilst the Architectural team perfected the layout of the scheme and its design to produce an attractive development which was fit for purpose and in keeping with its surroundings.
This project produced two two bedroom apartments and three three bedroom houses arranged in a terraced formation with associated parking and landscaping on undeveloped land. WS worked well to unlock the potential of this site and delivered results to the contractor client.
