OUTCOME
COMMENTS
Engaging with the Council at the pre-application stage allows the Council to raise any concerns they may have regarding the development proposal. This provides the Client with an opportunity to amend the proposed development appropriately to address any concerns raised. In this instance the Council raised concerns with the parking and hard surfacing. However, these concerns were sufficiently addressed in the planning application.
