COMMENTS

Despite receiving a positive recommendation, a number of local residents spoke against the item at the Planning Committee. WS Planning & Architecture also registered to speak in support of the proposal. It is important to note that irrespective of the recommendation an alternate decision can be made. Therefore, making representations in support of the proposal at Committee can demonstrate the positive aspects of the case and address any issues raised by third parties.
