Project Outline

The proposal sought the demolition of an existing property and the assembly of four new 4-bedroom dwellings. These semi-detached homes include two bedrooms with an en-suite and an open plan kitchen at the heart which opens onto a private south west facing garden.

Each dwelling has been designed with car parking facilities at the front with generous space for planting, which helps prevent the area being dominated by parking and contributes to the character of the area.
