OUR INVOLVEMENT
Project Outline
This project follows a site with an extensive planning history. The current project proposes a building with an identical form to that previously submitted, but the current project is accompanied by a viability assessment. The proposal of a 5-storey building consisting of 9 apartments has a distinctive contemporary appearance that would complement the street scene’s varied character and appearance.
Despite the current proposal following the same design as a previously granted application, it was necessary for the proposal to be heard at committee. At committee it was recommended that planning permission be granted subject to conditions, an excellent outcome for WS Planning & Architecture.
