The Planning Team at WS worked with a third-party architect to deliver a commercial change of use from a stationery shop to a public house in Croydon. The site is located within the Central Croydon Conservation Area and forms part of a locally listed terrace and is also located within an Archaeological Priority Area. The application was approved by Croydon Council in 2021.
