Pontoon mooring in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames

OUR INVOLVEMENT

Planning

Project Outline

The Planning team was consulted to gain permission for the extension of an existing pontoon and the installation of a floating pontoon, sited in the River Thames at Hampton, to allow access to non-residential moorings. The proposal ensured increased safety for boat users, enabling them to moor their boats at the pontoon instead of at the wharf wall where there is no safe access to the river bank.

COMMENTS

This is a bit of an unusual case for WS to have worked on, but just as satisfying, nonetheless, to have been granted permission.
