Our Architectural Team were instructed for works involving Stages 4 & 5 of the RIBA plan of works for this site in Purley for the Demolition of existing property and garage and erection of 5 x 3 storey townhouses with associated parking & landscaping.

The team provided a full Building Regulations package of drawings, working alongside the design team, and construction details, working with the contractor and Novo Land & Development to achieve Building Control sign-off. The WS team provided ongoing support to the contractor on site providing construction details, setting out information and technical coordination, and reviewing and approving subcontractors’ packages such as timber frame design. Following this, the team provided marketing drawings along with Land Registry and Land Transfer plans to assist with selling the units.
