The Planning Team at WS Planning & Architecture liaised with the designers and external consultants to coordinate the submission of a Full Planning Application to the Council. We prepared a Planning Statement and a Design & Access Statement which reviewed the site history and the design of the proposed development. The application was supported by various reports, which were coordinated by WS Planning & Architecture, in order to minimise the number of planning conditions.
The application was granted planning permission at the local level, subject to conditions and a Section 106 Legal Agreement. The Council encouraged the provision of new family homes and considered that the proposal would respect the local character, resulting in a sustainable form of development.
