This project had been subject to a long planning history with 4 previous attempts by Try Homes and Berkeley Group to secure housing on the site. The development has now been successfully constructed to a high standard having been subject of a pre-application submission to the Council which confirmed the principle of residential development on the site. During the application a number of revisions were made to satisfy the concerns of local members and residents.
Upon completion, Alexandra Gate won Best New Luxury Property at the Surrey Property Awards.
