The proposal saw the demolition of a large detached dwelling and erection of 4 bespoke detached dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. While located in the urban area there were a number of constraints to address within the design and permission was granted at local level while other applications in the area did not.

We produced a detailed Planning, Design & Statement setting out the design rationale and compliance with the relevant Development Plan policies.
