Project Outline
Working with Dedman Properties, both Planning and Architecture Teams WS Planning & Architecture worked hard to achieve an Outline Application for the demolition of existing commercial buildings, and erection of 9 dwellings.
With the site changing hands, Upright continued to use WS’ services, and planning permission for the Reserved Matters was granted. WS also dealt with the Conditions Applications, and a further Non-Material Amendment Application which sought minor changes to the internal layouts and window placements of the dwellings.
