Project Outline
Planning permission was originally granted for the conversion of a barn in commercial use to 2 residential properties. Due to the condition of the building it was deemed preferable to replace the building rather than proceed with the conversion.
WS Planning & Architecture handled the revised application and building regulations and conditions submissions for the proposed pair of dwellings.
The dwellings have been finished to a very high standard using reclaimed beams from the original building and a high quality palette of materials.
