RESIDENTIAL MINOR LONDON

Minor residential projects are defined in planning terms as being 2-9 dwellings. We handle a large number of these residential planning applications for land owners and developers. The majority of these projects are found within urban and suburban areas where there is a need to make the best use of urban land.

Most minor applications have additional “validation” requirements which may include Tree Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, Landscaping proposals, Noise Reports, and Heritage Assessments. Our network of Preferred Partners was set up to provide the expertise to address these additional requirements for our clients. The New London Plan also requires all minor planning applications to be supported by a Fire (Safety) Statement, which we can prepare for our clients.

We have secured planning permission for minor residential developments across London, the South East, and further afield in the UK. A number of our developments in Surrey have been recognised at the Surrey Property Awards, with completed developments winning Best Luxury Property in 2017 and in 2019.

We also provide a Technical Design service to deliver Building Regulations Plans approval, discharge any Conditions attached to the planning permission, and support our clients through the construction process.

RESIDENTIAL MINOR

Minor residential projects are defined in planning terms as being 2-9 dwellings. We handle a large number of minor residential applications for land owners and developers. The majority of these projects are found within urban areas where there is a need to make the best use of urban land. In the countryside or Green Belt these proposals usually involve the redevelopment of previously developed (“brownfield”) land.

Most minor applications have additional “validation” requirements which may include Tree Reports, Flood Risk, Landscaping, Noise, and Heritage.
