Our headquarters are based in Reigate, Surrey. It is in the London commuter belt and one of three towns in the borough of Reigate and Banstead.

Nestled at the foot of the North Downs, which provides a magnificent back drop, the town is home to a range of independent shops including antiques, craft, clothing boutiques, furniture and gift war, which retains a village feel.

We are an Award-winning Planning and Architecture practice focused on designing high quality buildings and spaces that shape the world around us. PROJECTS

Over the last 20+ years we have designed and overseen through to completion dozens of new build and refurbishment projects. Many of these fall within Conservation Areas, and the Practice has developed significant expertise in heritage design work.

We have an excellent track record for negotiating with Local Authorities and obtaining planning consents and seeing projects through to completion. We take a holistic approach to residential projects ensuring that we meet and even surpass Government sustainability requirements. We are up to date with the latest regulations, materials and software and have become synonymous with quality of customer service and value for money whether contemporary or more traditional through the range of experience in our highly skilled and creative design team.

OUR SURREY TEAM

Our team consists of qualified planners, planning technicians, architects and architectural technicians.

The Planning Team is led by the founder and Managing Director of the practice, Brian Woods and assisted by Planning Director, Spencer Copping who joined the Practice as a Graduate Planner in 1999.

The Architectural Team is led by our Architectural Director, Lee Barker who has extensive experience in the private sector advising clients across a broad spectrum of architectural projects.
