Project Outline

We were delighted to work closely with Whiteoak Developments Limited on this exciting  development in a rural location in West Sussex.

Following the acquisition of the site our Planning & Architectural teams obtained permission to amend the design and layout of the proposal via a S73 application. Once approved we discharged 13 pre-commencement planning conditions and prepared the working drawings prior to obtaining Building Regulations approval.

The project included the demolition of existing agricultural outbuildings that were no longer being used, to make way for five bespoke and high end, detached dwellings with associated parking spaces and landscaping.

The setting offers views over South Downs National Park, and the properties have been designed to take advantage of the generous light and beautiful vistas.
