Project Outline

This project concerns the demolition of existing buildings comprising of 5 apartments for the erection of a 14-unit apartment building with associated car parking. WS Planning & Architecture provided both planning and architectural services for this major residential development in the Conditions and Building Regulation stage of the application. WS Planning & Architecture ensured all the Conditions were discharged at the appropriate stage of development which has recently been completed.

As this was a major residential development, there were a number of conditions that needed to be discharged a different stage of the process. Therefore, acting as the Planning Agent WS Planning & Architecture had to ensure all the conditions were discharged at the correct stage of development process.
