Project Outline
Erection of 7 dwellings in Banstead
This project follows a number of applications on the site which have previously been refused. The current project has been suitably amended from 9 to 7 dwellings to address the concerns previously raised by the Council. The current scheme represents a spacious layout with appropriate bulk and mass. WS Planning & Architecture acted as the Planning Agent for this project liaising with the Client and other consultants to prepare and submit the application. WS Planning & Architecture accompanied the application submission with a detailed Planning, Design and Access Statement.
The project proposes 5 detached houses, and 1 pair of semi-detached houses in the urban area. The project includes a variety of different housing high quality designs, which are in keeping with the character of the local area. As the feedback from previous applications was considered in the current project, the application was approved with conditions at the local level.

WS Planning & Architecture carefully considered the Council’s response to previous applications on this site throughout the duration of this project to ensure the best outcome. WS Planning & Architecture unlocked potential for the Client by ensuring all concerns raised by the Council in previous refusals were addressed in the current proposal. This resulted in an approval with conditions at the local level.
