Project Outline

The proposal sought the erection of two detached dwellings in the urban area. The Planning team worked with the Client to prepare a suitable scheme that would make the most effective use of land and would create an attractive continuation of the Picquets Way street scene. Several amendments were made during the course of the application to address comments from the Council’s Tree Officer. Following a positive recommendation, the proposal was heard at Planning Committee, which is standard procedure for minor developments throughout the Borough. The principle of development and the design approach was accepted, and the application was approved with conditions.

COMMENTS

At WS Planning & Architecture we are always looking at unlocking potential for landowners, developers and private individuals. We are able to assess ways to make the best use of land and have been successful in achieving planning permissions for developments that contribute to local housing needs.
