This was an interesting and unique project for our team to work on, covering both Planning & Architectural services for the client. It consisted of a change of use of farm storage land to an attractive camping site for leisure use comprising of the siting of four yurts, one shepherds hut, and the retention of a mobile home for holiday rentals.
The proposal would result in the considerable improvement to the existing site.

The variety of accommodations proposed on this site as well as its location in the bucolic West Sussex countryside, between London and Brighton, is an ideal spot for holidays and base to discover the region.
