The London Padel Club Ltd trading as Padel Padel

This exciting project really demonstrates how our team of Planners & Architects worked collaboratively to help our client in #UnlockingPotential of a parcel of land that they wanted to convert to a padel club for the local community.

The site was previously occupied by Eltham Police Station, a building constructed in 1937 and demolished in 2022 following the closure and subsequent consent for demolition and had been unused since.

The project included the installation of four outdoor tournament-grade padel courts including a bar/lounge and seating area, toilets and changing rooms, office accommodation, storage space, outdoor seating, and provision for both car and cycle parking.
