WS Planning & Architecture acted as the Planning Agent for this project, preparing and supporting a planning application for the erection of an electric vehicle charging station with a café kiosk. Following the Council’s pre-application advice, the proposal was carefully designed to create a high-quality renewable energy project, seeking to meet the demand for electric vehicle charging within the Mid-Sussex Council District.

The Planning Team produced a Planning Design & Access Statement to support the application. Other external consultants from our Preferred Partners supported the project, including: Petrow Harley, David Archer Associates, and dBA Acoustics. The proposals were granted planning permission at the local levels, subject to conditions.
