Project Outline
This project for Emmerton Developments included the part conversion of a redundant barn in Reigate. This project followed the submission and renewal of previously approved schemes. Dovers Barn Farm is a Grade II listed building, the site is also located in the Green Belt, which are key considerations of this project. The proposed part conversion of the barn would provide residential accommodation annexed to the farmhouse.
WS Planning & Architecture provided both planning and architecture services for this project. Acting as the Planning Agent, WS Planning & Architecture followed the previously approved proposal for this site. The proposal was granted approval with conditions, which was an excellent result for the Grade II listed building.
