42 Cockshot Road in Reigate, Surrey
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Preferred Partner Involvement
Project Outline
After WS’ success with 44 Cockshot Road, the same proposal was sought on the neighbouring plot. The proposed dwelling was mirrored from that approved next door, and permission granted with ease.
Once planning permission was granted, WS were instructed to submit a Minor Material Amendment Application under Section 73 to incorporate a master suite in the loftspace. The Council had no concerns with this, and permission granted promptly.
WS’ involvement has resulted in a well-designed detached, four bedroom family home on Cockshot Road.
Thank you to Siena at SLC Imagery for sharing the photographs.
The property is currently (June 2024) being marketed by Lewis White Estate Agents.

COMMENTS
A Section 73 application can be used to amend an approved scheme, and creates its own permission, allowing a developer to choose which permission to implement.
