Following outline permission being granted, WS’ Architectural Team addressed the scale, appearance, access and layout Reserved Matters whilst Preferred Partner Draffin Associates dealt with the landscaping Reserved Matter. The Planning Team worked hard to achieve planning permission, and dealt with the attached Conditions.
WS’ hard work has resulted in a high quality detached three-bedroom home in the popular Chart Lane area south of Reigate Town Centre.
