Project Outline

The Planning and Architecture teams worked together to achieve a planning approval for clients in Reigate who wished to demolish the greenhouse to the side of their home, and other alterations in order to create an off-street parking space and a private courtyard at the front of the property. The project is situated on a popular country lane-like road adorned with cottage-style homes very close to the centre of town. This project sits within the Reigate Town Centre Conservation Area, across the road from two Grade II Listed properties.
