This project included the demolition of a conservatory at the rear of a property in the Linkfield Street area of Redhill, to replace it with a stunning and well-designed single storey rear extension. The Architectural Team created an innovative design for this extension, making it angular in shape and incorporated a fantastic use of glass and a green roof. The Planning Team ensured the proposal accorded with local policies, allowing it to be approved by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council without delay.
