Our client was keen to add living space to his property. This would be achievable by converting and extending an existing coach house that was being used as a garage and storage space, with its own independent access from the road.

The project would have a new gate leading to a driveway with space for one family size vehicle, entrance, living/kitchen area, bathroom and a good-sized bedroom on the ground floor, a staircase leading to a landing area to be used as a workspace.
