2022 was a major milestone for our practice as we celebrated our 30th anniversary.

2017 marked our 25th anniversary year. We held our Team Conference at the Design Museum in London. Our guest speaker was Sally Brown from Gatwick Diamond Business.
We win GOLD for the Best Website at the Surrey Digital Awards. Tough competition with lots of innovative businesses being shortlisted.
The programme provides different types of work experience, whether you are an aspiring Planner, Architect, or Architectural Technician. The popular scheme is mentored by Lee Barker our Architectural Director.
We introduce a clear step by step route to ensuring the best possible chance of success for your project. In creating our Four Stage Planning & Design Process we have adapted the RIBA Plan of Work.
After a 5 year hiatus from being in the town centre, we relocate to Europe House on Bancroft Road.
We celebrate the anniversary of our first two decades with a trip to Lingfield Park Racecourse.
A major milestone in our journey; we design and obtain planning permission for our first one off house.
We launch our Preferred Partners initiative, a network of trusted industry specialist professionals. This ensures that specialist advice required through the Planning & Design Process can be dealt efficiently to provide the best possible chance of success.
We broaden our services and add Architectural design to the well-established Planning service. This unique combination of professional services is well received by existing and new clients alike.
After 8 years of sustained growth, we wave goodbye to Bell Street for bigger office space at Reigate Place, 43 London Road.
We decide that our trading name needs to be shorter as we embrace the height of the digital age and to better reflect the service our practice provides. We retain Woods, Sanders & Co Ltd as our registered company name.
As the business continues to grow we decide it’s time to find larger premises. We have now established a very strong client base in Reigate and the surrounding area so 15 Bell Street is our next stop.
The practice was registered as a Ltd company with Companies House in April 1999 trading as Woods, Sanders & Co Ltd.
As the business starts to grow we open our first office in the heart of Reigate. The office is above Crow Watkin Estate Agents, 14a Bell Street.
We receive our first planning permission which relates to an enforcement appeal in Spelthorne Borough Council.
Brian Woods began trading as Woods, Sanders & Co from the main bedroom of his house in Reigate.
