The Planning and Architecture team worked together to deliver a proposal of a high end design for a discerning client who wanted some additional living space.
The project was for a single strorey side extension to a detached dwelling in the desirable Warren Drive in Kingswood, Surrey.
The Planning Application was approved by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.
Kingswood is a popular, luxury area in the north of Reigate and Banstead’s jurisdiction and is host to a number of Residential Areas of Special Character (RASCs).
A RASC is a policy designation which controls development in the area, requiring high quality designs which would retain the RASCs spacious and sylvan character.
