Our Planning Team were asked to assist with the Architect that submitted the application following a delay in processing the S73 applications.
The initial proposal sought to amend the approved materials used for the paving and lighting on the existing and proposed parking areas to the front of the Church.
The second application sought retrospective consent for the retention of 5 lamp posts and streetlamps used within the new parking area.
This beautiful church was designed by the eminent architect Charles Parker in an Italianate style, with early Christian, Armenian and Renaissance influences.
