Project Outline

The proposal for this project involved the demolition of the existing conservatory to allow for the construction of a new two-storey rear extension. This will provide additional living space and improve the overall layout of the property.

In addition to this main extension, the plans included the creation of a single-storey side extension designed to enhance accessibility and offer greater flexibility in how the ground-floor areas are used.

The project also incorporates the enlargement of the existing rear dormer, which will increase usable space within the loft area and contribute to improved natural light, ventilation, and overall functionality of the upper floor.
