The Planning and Architecture teams worked to create a new access and driveway with associated gates for a house in Kingswood. The proposed access replaced an existing driveway shared with the neighbour and would be adorned by attractive brick piers and iron gates.

Kingswood is an area of Reigate and Banstead host to many Residential Areas of Special Character (RASCs) which is a policy designation that stipulates strict guidelines for development to ensure its spacious and sylvan character.
