This was an interesting and unique project for both our Architectural and Planning teams to work on collaboratively. It consisted of a change of use of farm storage land to an attractive camping site for leisure use comprising of the siting of four yurts, one shepherds hut, and the retention of a mobile home for holiday rentals. The proposal would result in a more attractive site than the existing use.
