In this case the associated dwelling was Grade II Listed which added to the level of policy control. In this case Surrey County Council’s Historic Building Officer agreed with our assessment that the sand school was at sufficient distance and relationship to the listed building that it would not affect the special architectural interest of the building subject to their being no external illumination.
