Project Outline

Whiteoak Development tasked us to help them develop a parcel of land that they acquired in the charming small village of Dial Post near the bustling town of Horsham.

The project included the demolition of a large workshop and various associated outbuildings.

The development is in a private cul-de-sac in the centre of the village and includes twelve properties made up of 3 bedroom, semi-detached and 4 bedroom, detached properties.

Each dwelling features landscaped front gardens, private and turfed rear gardens with paved patio areas, for outdoor dining. The allocated parking spaces, driveways and garages include a provision for EV charging points.

The interiors open into sizeable entrance halls with cloakroom and WC.
The kitchen dining rooms are light and spacious leading to living rooms with bi-fold doors opening to patio and garden areas.

The site of this development is near a popular gastropub and garden centre with café & farm shop. The nearby A24 links to the south coast and M23. Rail services from Billingshurst, Pulborough and Horsham offer regular connections to London, including routes to London Victoria station and London Bridge station.

The South Downs National Park is nearby, with miles of scenic walks, cycling routes and breathtaking viewpoints.
