Project Outline

Our planning team worked alongside Signature Living Group, a leading property development company.

The site lies on the northern side of Boxhill Road, within the smaller rural village of Boxhill and also lies within the Green Belt and Surrey Hills National Landscape.

The proposal included the demolition of an existing chalet style bungalow and a few outbuildings located around the site, to make room for the construction of four detached 4 and 5 bed family homes in one of Surrey’s iconic locations. A further planning application was later submitted for an additional dwelling to the north east of the site.
