The Planning team was approached to gain planning permission for three new houses to be built as backland development with new access in South Croydon. With a positive pre-application response, the Council acknowledged that the proposal would not impact on the character of the area or the privacy of the neighbouring dwellings and planning permission was granted for the erection of three new homes behind two existing dwellings.
