Creation of 7 flats and subdivision of retail unit in Hastings.

The Architecture team was contacted to draw up plans for the conversion of the first to third floors of two buildings to seven self-contained flats in the town centre in Hastings. On the ground floor, the retail unit was split into two to create another unit.
