This temporary office building sought a temporary 3-year planning permission to provide additional space that is crucial to accommodate the increase in staff before the start of the academic year.

Providing the Planning and Architecture for this application, WS Planning & Architecture liaised with the client to produce a proposal that was suited to their needs, then proceeding to pull together the submission for their application. The application was approved with conditions by Reigate and Banstead Council on 8th October 2021.

The office space has provided teachers with additional workspace on site. The temporary office school building includes meeting rooms, workspace, W.C., and a kitchenette. Obtaining planning permission for this office building has been extremely beneficial for the staff at Reigate School providing additional workspace that cannot be found elsewhere on site.
