Planning permission was obtained at Committee level whereby local councillors over turned the Case Officers recommendation for refusal. The new dwelling sits on the site of a former Bothy building that has fallen into disrepair. The new dwelling has been designed to reflect the design and materials of the existing building and will reuse the majority of materials in the rebuild.
