Project Outline

Both the Planning and Architecture teams were involved in this ambitious project. Thanks to WS, there will be a huge transformation of this piece of undeveloped garden land to a stunning, two-storey contemporary house. It boasts four bedrooms, a cinema room and even an indoor swimming pool. The WS teams worked hard to achieve a unique and contemporary aesthetic for the new dwelling which is located within the Walpole Avenue Residential Area of Special Character in Chipstead.

COMMENTS

Residential Areas of Special Character (RASCs) require high quality architectural design in order for planning permission to be granted, as these areas carry a distinctive and desirable design aesthetic which creates a standard that needs to be upheld by any new proposed development.
