After 5 years in the iconic “50p” building, we move to our new premises at TBXH@ Sunley House. It is with regret that we say goodbye to our colleagues at Sussex Innovation but the building is being redeveloped into residential apartments. However, we look forward to being part of the business community in our new premises that offers us a raft of excellent amenities like a café, beauty & therapy rooms, social activities, hairdressers, a pod casting studio, and a whole floor dedicated to meetings and events.

We teamed up with Arun Land & New Homes to organise a golf day at Reigate Hill Golf Club for a round of golf and networking among industry friends, colleagues and new contacts.

We joined up with our colleagues at Campbell and Co Architects for a late summer team day at Mercers Lake in Merstham. They’re developing their facilities and we enjoyed a great afternoon that included a Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson followed by an amazing BBQ & outdoor games.

Following our successful Preferred Partners scheme, we extend the initiative to other niche services with a cost-effective membership.

This year’s venue was the excellent Marriott Hotel at Lingfield Park Race Course. A productive learning morning was followed by a fascinating behind the scenes perspective of the horse breeding and racing world thanks to Peter Crate of JJ Franks, who shared his passion of the sport with us. The afternoon was spent enjoying the racing. We started as novices and ended the day as experts with the sun shining even brighter on some of the team.

We were immensely proud that Emily was a finalist in two categories, Property Professional of the Year & Future Talent of the Year.
This is the 3rd year of the awards that recognise the accomplishments of women trailblazers, innovators and role models who lead the way in their fields and inspire others.
To make the shortlist was a huge achievement – the team had a great evening at the Awards, held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton.

We supported The Ashcombe School Careers Fair 2024 which coincided with the 17th annual National Apprenticeship Week. Exhibitors covered a wide range of higher education, apprenticeships, industries and professions. There was also a programme of talks covering Personal Statements, Apprenticeships, Working in the Space Industry and How to Choose a University Course.
