We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant Part 2, Architectural Technician, or recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join our practice.
WS Planning & Architecture is a multi-disciplinary practice based in Reigate, Surrey. Our architectural, planning and Heritage Consultant teams work collaboratively to deliver a complete in-house solution. From home extensions to major developments, from Green Belt to Grey Belt, our projects meet the challenges to deliver our clients’ ambitions.
This is a full -time role that involves preparing feasibilities, planning proposals, building control applications, urban design advice, Masterplanning, working drawings and contract administration.
The candidate will have professional experience in the UK, have a strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations. They will have proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Applicants preferably residing in Surrey, ideally close to the RH2 & RH1 post code areas.
Candidates with a clean full driving licence will have priority.
